– Flesh from 2 ripe avocados
– 225 grams (8 oz.) high quality dark chocolate (60 -75% cocoa) broken into pieces (optional: choose dairy-free chocolate if you so prefer)
– ½ cup nut milk (preferably homemade; almond and cashew both work nicely)
– Optional: 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup
